Formas is a band from Spain releasing one album in 1981 named Largos suenos. The music is very smooth, elegant with progressive arrangements meets flamenco elements, very strong combination, typical for Spanish bands. Some fantastic keyboards interlude very well with guitar arrangements, who are simply fantastic on some pieces like La gitanilla or Surtidores. The music reminds in places of another bands from Spain like Triana , Mezequita or Alameda. The vocal parts are great as well, nice warm and smooth tone of voice. Nice album, unfairly underrated and unknown to larger public, it is not a masterpiece but a very good album for sure.
